Tell me, how many weeks are you now and how are you feeling?
37 weeks and feeling well just a little tired.
I’m loving feeling blooming and curvaceous and very content! (I usually have a stick thin physique!!)
Low blood pressure, low iron and feeling tired – but all are manageable.
Babycentre.com for a week by week update on my babies growth.
Yes I am known to be ‘Jane that never sits still’! Prior to pregnancy I enjoyed bodypump and power yoga classes once a week.
Most definitely. I’m vegetarian also but do eat fish. Since becoming pregnant I have enjoyed eating more protein after being referred to a clinical dietician for advice on increasing my weight whilst pregnant. Gosh picking one favourite dish is hard… perhaps vegetarian chilli con carne with rice – still hot and spicy with lashings of sour cream and fresh coriander on top.
Ok, again I had to adapt some of my duties at work due to my low blood pressure but work have been great about it. I actually sit down more at work than I would do if I was at home – so work is good!
I have just this week started my maternity leave which I was well and truly ready for. However my husband is opening a new hair salon in 1 week and it is hectic to say the least! I still put my hand to painting (I know I keep getting told off) and I’m being used as the run about picking up bits here and there! Hopefully next week once it’s open I can then relax and enjoy proper mat leave!
Totally bury my head in the sand prior to NCT classes. However, now I have completed NCT classes I am slightly panicking….! I know too much and it scares me but hey ho, I like to think I have a good pain threshold and a strong head. If I can skydive and bungy jumps then I believe I can give birth! I love a good challenge!
Bonding with my new baby and watching him/her grow.
Seriously….a fitness class, yes your bounce back class hopefully! And continuing to see my lovely friends and have romantic meals out with my lovely hubby. (Hmmm, I wonder if this will happen?!)
I do hope I get my energy & fitness levels back after birth and most definitely fitness forever!
