The annual New Year Tough Mother Challenge not to be missed

The yearly Tough Mother Challenge starts on the 1st of January and is an event to look forward to. Kick off the New Year in the best possible way with:

  • 42 days of mummy-friendly online HIIT,  and Pilates workouts to complete with a weekly Friday challenge and the occasional rest day. Short workouts you can do at home with the kids around
     
  • Fitness tests at the start, middle and end to track progress

  • A weekly food-based challenge to get us all thinking about eating well
     
  • A closed facebook group where we'll all be sharing our photos, videos , ideas and generally motivating each other
     
  • Facebook Q&As on fitness and on nutrition every week
