#spreadlove fitness for pregnancy, new mums & busy mums


Welcome & thank you for reading the post about my campaign to help mums-to-be, new mums and busy mums exercise, whatever their financial situation. With covid19 upon us and the prospect of lengthy isolation, this is what I am doing to help:


I have to decided to #spreadlovenotcovid19 and open up my multi-award winning online pregnancy, postnatal & busy mums fitness programmes to EVERYBODY: no need to worry about finances because you will pay whatever you can afford. If coronavirus is affecting your finances, then I have your fitness covered. If you feel OK financially, then perhaps you can contribute that little bit extra to help those who can't.


  • Mums-to-be when you sign up to my pregnancy FitBumpbox programme you will receive weekly online professionally filmed Pilates and cardio & resistance training workouts that you can stream at home. Each workout is designed for the exact week of pregnancy that you are in because your body is changing every week. I have also set up a closed facebook group so that we can all be together and encourage and support each other - not just on the fitness front. You will find a nutritional expert in there too. The pregnancy FitBumpBox programme won "Best Exercise Product" in the UK Family Awards 2017.  

  • New mums if you've just had a baby you can sign up for my postnatal FitBumpbox programme which rebuilds your core (healing abdominal separation) and pelvic floor strength, as well as your cardio fitness week by week up to six month postpartum with professionally filmed workouts. I have also set up a closed facebook group - alongside mums-to-be - so that we can all be together and encourage and support each other in this time of need. The postnatal FitBumpBox programme won "Best Exercise Product" in the UK Family Awards 2017.  

  • Busy mums if you have little ones and not-so-little ones at home with you for the forseeable future and are wondering how on earth you're going to squeeze exercise round working from home AND look after the kids, then my FIITMUM Monthly programme is here to help. You'll be in a closed facebook group and every week you get 2 professionally filmed video HIIT workouts, 1 video Pilates/core/abs blast workout and a weekly Friday (fun!) fitness challenge. There's also a nutritional element with a weekly foodie challenge. Given the current circumstances I'm also going to be dropping in some extra kiddie workouts to keep the little ones entertained with you, as well as the odd paired workout for you to do with your partner.
