This Sunday Brunch Club on the 6th of July 2025 (9am to midday) offers you an Essentially FABulous Cacao Ceremony, with a chance to pause, breath, dance & smile with the heart opening properties of Cacao, whilst Mairi Taylor guides you through meditations, movement and mindful moments... just for you.

As well as drinking Ceremonial Cacao you will work with essential oils & crystals to harness all their energies & bring you home to yourself.

The dance is with your eyes closed & a chance to tune into your body's flow & where she wants to go. You can also choose to simply lie on your mat & let the music wash over you.

The guided meditation will take you on a journey to connect with the girl you used to be, the woman you are now & the woman you are yet to become, after which there will be an opportunity to journal & work with oracle cards.

Following Mairi's beautiful cacao ceremony, I will be treating you to a delicious cacao-themed brunch. Healthy chocolate for breakfast - what more could you ask for?! My zestEAT food is always a marriage between "healthy" , "vegan" and "delicious"... a guilt-free experience to delight the tastebuds.
