Join me on the morning of Sunday 21st September from 9am to midday for a calming workshop specifically designed for nervous system regulation by Becs McBride. The workshop will include somatic movement, breathwork, journaling and other techniques to help you feel more at home in your body and connect to your intuitive self.

Becs McBride is a Somatic Coach and Yoga Teacher who offers private yoga classes, coaching, retreats and weekly classes. Her holistic approach aims to help midlife women move forward following big life changes by using body-based tools to restore and soothe the nervous system.

Becs' gentle workshop will be followed by a beautifully soothing - and delicious - vegan breakfast prepared by me. It will be a a gentle hug of a breakfast to compliment Becs' calming workshop, and it will offer a moment of community and connection as we come together to share this morning together.
