Whilst I am waiting for my timetable graphic to be updated, please see the written list below of all my classes running from the week of January 6th 2025:

Here's a sneak peak of my beautiful new teaching space....

- Tuesday 9.45am CoreBaby: postnatal mother-and-baby class with half an hour of core stability work followed by around 35 minutes of resistance and cardio interbval training. There are refreshments and time for a chat afterwards. Woodhouse Community Hall LE12 8TZ
- Tuesday 5.50pm Mum2BFit: pregnancy-tailored interval training focusing on resistance and cardio. We round off with some relaxing Pilates. Woodhouse Community Hall LE12 8TZ
- Tuesday 7.10pm Pilates4All: my Pilates classes are tailored for each person's individual needs, whether it be back pain, knee problems, diastasis recti... Woodhouse Community Hall LE12 8TZ
- Tuesday 8.15pm MamaHIIT: strength and cardio interval training - we work hard! This is a tough class but I tailor for the individual needs of each mum in class: pelvic floor, core and more! Woodhouse Community Hall LE12 8TZ
- Wednesday 9.45am BuggyBabies: outdoor interval training for new mums with babies in buggies. Beacon Hill Country Park
- Thursday 9.45am Move&Soothe: mobility, stretches, core (Pilates), pelvic floor and relaxation with your baby gently included in the workout. Refreshments after class. Loughborough LE11 2HZ - in my beautiful new venue
- Thursday 5.50pm Fit4Birth: pregnancy Pilates focusing on core, pelvic floor, mobility, stretches and relaxation with refreshments after class. Loughborough LE11 2HZ - in my beautiful new venue
- Thursday 7.10pm Rehab Pilates: Pilates with a strong emphasis on working with specific limitations and helping with aches and pains. Loughborough LE11 2HZ - - in my beautiful new venue
- Thursday 8.15pm: Pilates4All: my Pilates classes are tailored for each person's individual needs, whether it be back pain, knee problems, diastasis recti... Loughborough LE11 2HZ - - in my beautiful new venue

Course start dates
New courses run in line with school terms and usually start in September, January and April with a mini course over summer holidays.
You can join at any point midway through a course, space permitting.
