New classes have launched


We're really excited to announce that some brand new classes have just launched and are proving popular:

  • AquaNatal for pregnancy is back.... wooohoooooo! No introductions needed for this one.  
  • The all new Mum2BFit  launched in September 2019. Come along and try this cardio & resistance workout designed to be safe, effective & lots of fun in pregnancy. We round the session off with 15-20 minutes of relaxing, stretchy Pilates - so you get a bit of everything. You can now do Mum2BFit on Thursday evenings. 
  •  Muma&BubaHIIT is a short, sharp, indoor mummy & baby HIIT workout designed for the new-mum body.... no jumping... no crossing of legs... but hard work - you will soon see your fitness levels rocket!



It's always best to contact me - or  -  to see if there's any availability. There usually is enough space to squeeze everyone in. 


Course start dates

New courses start the week of 6th January 2020 but....

As long as there's space in a class, you can join at any point midway through a course. It's always lovely to welcome new people on board :)

You are ALWAYS welcome to come along and try my classes for free. I'm a great believer in tryign them out to see what's right for you.
