New classes  launching soon

 

We're really excited to announce that some brand new classes have just launched and are proving popular:

  • AquaNatal for pregnancy is back.... wooohoooooo! No introductions needed for this one. It starts the first week of September 2018! 
     
  • The new PRIIT - Pregnancy Intensity Interval Training class - has now made an appearance. HIIT is huge but in its standard format it's just not right for pregnancy. PRIIT takes the principles of HIIT and adapts them specifically for expectat mums.  You can now do PRIIT on Thursday evenings. 

     
  • My super popular CoreBall class has made a comeback and is another fun and effective class. CoreBall uses the principles of Pilates core stability work but on a fitball (Swiss ball). It's fun, playful, tough and really effective!
     
  •  BuggyHIIT is a short, sharp, outdoor buggy workout tailored for the new-mum body.... it's more suitable for those who are 6 months postpartum although it can be adapted for earlier - BuggyBabies is the perfect prep for this class. 
     
  • MamaHIIT is one of my most popular classes and I have now added an extra one to the timetable on Friday mornings super-early at 6am, numbers permitting! I know that doing MamaHIIT twice a week will yield great results which is why this extra class has been added to the timetable. please check that the class is running before rocking up...

It's always best to contact me - [email protected] -  to see if there's any availability. There usually is enough space to squeeze everyone in. 

 

Course start dates

This Summer I am running 4 week mini courses in August as follows:

  • Monday BuggyBabies at 9.45am - older, school-age children are welcome as this is a chilled version of my class
     
  • Monday evenings there will be Fit4Birth at 6pm, Pilates4All at 7.05pm and MamaHIIT at 8.15pm
     

The full timetable starts up the first week of September and booking are already open so do get in touch with me. 

As long as there's space in a class, you can join at any point midway through a course. It's always lovely to welcome new people on board :)
